PEIGS Public Meeting RESCHEDULED to 9 March 2019

The PEI Genealogical Society held a public meeting on Saturday, 9th March 2019 at Beaconsfield’s Carriage House in Charlottetown. 

The guest speaker was Louise Morris, speaking on “Breaking Down Brick Walls using DNA”. Louise took those assembled on a journey of breaking down brick walls that was made possible through DNA testing. Louise shared her experience in solving several challenging cases for an audience interested in how DNA testing can aids in genealogical research.

This meeting was originally scheduled for 23 February but had to be postponed on the day of, causing some inconvenience, an apology was conveyed.
